4. Return Shipping Fees
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged during transit, or the wrong item was shipped to you. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Restocking Fee: We may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item’s purchase price for certain returns (e.g., large furniture items) to cover the cost of processing the return.
