- PO Boxes: We are unable to ship large furniture items or certain products to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address to avoid any delays.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from the carrier), we will notify you and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply, and you will be responsible for any costs associated with the return and reshipment.

If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount, minus the original shipping fees and any applicable return costs.
