We currently ship to all locations within the United States. At this time, international shipping is not available. If we expand our shipping services in the future, updates will be reflected in this policy.

- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment verification.
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

- Expedited Shipping – Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days
- Overnight Shipping – Next-business-day delivery (available for select locations)

7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an invalid address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may be:
- Returned to our warehouse and eligible for a refund (minus shipping fees)

For address corrections after an order is placed, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

At this time, Stynasonali does not offer international shipping. If we expand our shipping coverage in the future, all customs duties, taxes, and fees for international shipments will be the responsibility of the buyer.
11. Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders can only be canceled or modified before processing. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be changed. To request a cancellation or modification:
